this is so yummy I can’t even start to describe it… there are many recipes on the web, or you can invent your own. here is mine:
ultimate banana ice cream
ingredients
- 4 frozen bananas (see tip)
- 2 fresh bananas, peeled
- 1 dessertspoon organic smooth peanut butter
- 1 dessertspoon organic maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- cinnamon powder, to taste
equipment
- blender (that can crush ice)
method
put the frozen and fresh pieces of banana in the blender, add the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract blend until very smooth. sprinkle some cinnamon on top e voila! serve immediately!
tip: before freezing, peel the bananas, preferably when very ripe, and store them “in a zip-lock bag in the freezer” (is this a line from a song by CAKE?)

The colour of your text is very hard to read, jad to highlight it to make it more legible. Recipe sounds yummy though.
